How is this series different from similar workshops?
Focused. Having conversations with customers and running unbiased interviews has become standard part of designers’ and PMs’ jobs. In this series we’re not trying to do too much, but providing the basis of understanding about all aspects of research (from planning, executing, and synthesizing, to making final insights actionable), while focused on the most common method.
Practical, not theoretical. Teams run actual interviews during the course of the workshop and get real feedback from Carol along the way.
Actionable. Post-workshop coaching/AMA helps the team solidify their understanding and addresses any lingering questions. Most programs offer limited or no coaching, which is important to sear in the knowledge and be sure teams have absorbed how to make learnings actionable on their own.
