You’ll alternate between working individually and in small groups with other attendees. There will be plenty of opportunities for personalized attention. This workshop is run through the Maven.com platform, designed for group-based learning.

What if we can’t get all our decision-makers?

It can be challenging to schedule VPs and Directors! If you chose the private workshop option, we can work together to find either a 1/2 day block or 2 x 2-hour sessions that work for your team. If scheduling all 5 leaders at once is just impossible, it might be best to choose the Maven.com option.

Why is there a limit of 5 attendees for the private workshop?

To make it possible for everyone’s perspectives to be heard and keep our working session to 1/2 day it works best to limit to 5 attendees. We can tailor activities to find ways to get others involved, just ask!

Is there any pre-work?

A few days before the workshop you’ll be sent a short (15-minute) survey to collect answers to a few key questions. This will help us move more quickly into the heart of the workshop when we meet.

Is there alternative pricing?

For private workshops (just your team), the following may apply:

  • Government, self-employed, non-profit = 25% off full price

  • Unemployed, extreme currency exchange (e.g., Global South) = 50% off full price

For workshops on Maven, if your organization is paying or reimbursing you you'd pay the full price. If any of the following apply, message Carol for discount codes.
